Return, Refund & Policy
At Vedik World, we take pride in our handmade products and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, here's our straightforward policy:
1. Returns
• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). .
• Customized/handmade-to-order products may take additional 3-5 business days before dispatch.
• Customized or personalized products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items without original packaging
• Contact our Customer Care at support@vedikworld.com / +91-876-440-5449 within 7 days.
• We'll provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
• Pack the item securely and ship it to our return address.
• Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund/exchange.
2. Refunds
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• If you receive a damaged/incorrect product:
1 Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence.
2 We'll arrange free return shipping and provide a replacement/full refund.
3. Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
• Contact us immediately via email/phone for cancellation requests.
• Once dispatched, cancellation isn't possible. You may refuse delivery or return as per our return policy.
4. Exchange Policy
• We offer exchanges for:
• Size/color changes (subject to availability)
• Defective products
• Customer bears return shipping costs for exchanges unless the error is ours.
5. Special Notes for Handicrafts
• Minor variations in color/texture are inherent in handmade products and don't qualify as defects.
• Natural materials (wood, clay, fabric) may have unique characteristics that aren't flaws.
