2. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). .
• Customized/handmade-to-order products may take additional 3-5 business days before dispatch.

7. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt 2 more deliveries.
• After 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us, and a refund will be issued (minus shipping charges).

1• Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) will be the customer’s responsibility. .

9.Shipping Restrictions
If your package is lost or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
